Lone Star College System is now offering EDUC 1300-Learning Frameworks, a three hour credit course to assist prospective and current students with their career choice.

Students will learn to improve their study stills and understand their learning styles.  Any student interested in obtaining the most out of their college experience should enroll. The course includes interactive, personalized and engaging on-line elements.

Each student will learn about their personality type and what careers would best be tailored for their skill set. Students will also be exposed to how the memory works and learn how to apply memory techniques to college studying and reading.

“Properly designed student success courses can increase the chances of a dedicated student persisting towards earning a certificate/degree and/or transferring to a 4-year institution,” said Dr. Larry Rideaux, LSCS associate vice chancellor of student success.
