Terms & Conditions
- Final attendance figures for all food and beverage functions must be made 24 hours prior to the function and by Friday for a Monday event.
- Refunds cannot be given for unserved food due to Health Department code.
- The cost of additional labor to cater large events in the evening or weekends will be charged as an additional line item for the event.
- Charges for linens (cleaning cost):
Table cloth $ 3.00 each
Table Skirting $ 5.00 per table
Linen Napkin $ .50 each
- If you desire foods that are not listed on the menu, please inquire with the Food Service Department as to their availability. Any special request will be considered. Food Service Phone ext. 1696 or 1497
