The Human Resources office staff is responsible for advertising all vacant positions, maintaining all official files and records of employment, and classifying each employment position. It also recommends and applies compensation, leave and employee benefits, and other employment policies; and develops, organizes and communicates professional development and training opportunities to District employees.
