Michelle always has a smile on her face and a good attitude. Whenever I go to her for help with a room (and that is often) she is always ready, willing and able. I often have special room requests, room requests that happen at the last minute and room requests that change the date, time or place! Michelle handles all of these requests with great stride. If there are any questions or problems that she does not know the answer to, she will continue to search for answers until she finds one. I know when I go to Michelle with a request that I do not have to worry about whether or not it will get done. I think that she is a great addition to the President’s Office.
